Construction Delay Analysis Using 4D BIM:
The aim of this research is to reduce the amount of construction delay in the context of Bangladeshi construction projects using 4D BIM-based simulation technology. At first, a questionnaire was prepared through an extensive literature review. A physical survey was conducted for three types of projects: governmental projects, joint projects, private projects, and statistical analysis was run to rank the delay factors. Furthermore, a framework was proposed using the 4D BIM platform.

Statistical Analysis to Mitigate Construction Delay:
This study deals with the factors that cause such delay in the construction projects and give an overview of the current state of construction delay in the context of Bangladesh. A statistical approach was conducted using the IBM SPSS platform and taken as the main parameter to analyze and mitigate the construction delay factors. This study carries out the overview of the current state of legislation about Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in Bangladesh based on Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) certification.
